These Specific Terms and Conditions for the Promotion (“Promotion Terms”) are binding on all persons participating in the Promotion organised, conducted and operated by Telecom Equipment Pte Ltd (“TEPL”).
2. The Promotion is open to Dash customers who maintain a valid mCash account throughout the entire duration of the Promotion Period (“Eligible Customers”).
3. The Promotion commences on 11th November 2015 and will end on 31st December 2015 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
4. Under the Promotion, and subject to the Promotion Terms herein, for every valid Dash payment transaction of a minimum spend of S$1 made in compliance with Dash Payment Service Terms and Conditions by an Eligible Customer at any of the Dash accepted merchants during the Promotion Period (“Dash Payment Transaction”), an amount computed in the manner set out in this Clause 4 will be credited to such Eligible Customer’s mCash account (“Cashback”): a. For Dash Payment Transactions made to ComfortDelGro and CityCab taxis, Watsons and Lazada : 5% of the Dash Payment Transaction value b. For Dash Payment Transactions made to the rest of the Dash accepted merchants: 1% of the Dash Payment Transaction value.
5. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions offered by Singtel. The Cashback is computed based on 2 decimal places per Dash Payment Transaction without any rounding and will be credited on the day following the Dash Payment Transaction (“Credit Date”). The Cashback is not exchangeable for cash.
6. Notwithstanding Clause 5 of the Promotion Terms, in the event of any fraud or misuse of the Promotion suspected by TEPL: (i) TEPL is entitled not to credit the Cashback to Customer; or (ii) TEPL is entitled to claw-back the Cashback in its sole discretion and without prior notice to such Eligible Customer, in the event the Cashback has been credited to the Customer’s mCash account.
7. In the event of any wrongful credit of Cashback, TEPL is entitled to claw-back the Cashback in its sole discretion and without prior notice to the Customer.
8. Eligible Customers acknowledge and agree that the Cashback will be forfeited, without prior notice, in the following situations: a. Termination or suspension of the Eligible Customer’s Dash Easy Savings Account or Dash mCash Account at any time between the start date of the Promotion Period and the Credit Date; b. Change of phone number by the Eligible Customer at any time between the start date of the Promotion Period and the Credit Date.
9. TEPL reserves the right to vary, amend, delete or supplement any of these Promotion Terms, at any time, in its sole absolute discretion and without prior notice. 1 As listed on http://www.dash.com.sg/where-to-dash.html. The Promotion is not applicable to Dash Payment Transactions made to charity organizations 2 Note that 5% cashback for Lazada is capped at S$5 per transaction. Capped at one redemption per customer per day. Credit is done on a T+5 working days basis.
Payments services are provided by Telecom Equipment Pte Ltd and banking products are provided by Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited.
10. By entering and participating in the Promotion, Eligible Customers are deemed to have accepted the Promotion Terms unconditionally and shall abide by the Promotion Terms for the duration of the Promotion.
11. TEPL may in its absolute discretion terminate this Promotion in its entirety. In the event of such termination, TEPL may at its absolute discretion elect not to award the Cashback in respect of the terminated Promotion.
12. Notwithstanding anything herein, TEPL has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of an Eligible Customer to enter and participate in the Promotion and the Customer’s entitlement to the Cashback. TEPL shall not be liable in any way to the Customer participating in the Promotion for any and all losses, liabilities, damages and/or expenses whatsoever, howsoever arising in connection with this Promotion (including from failure or delay of credit of Cashback).
13. TEPL’s decisions on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion shall be final. No correspondence or claims will be entertained).
14. These Promotion Terms are to be read in conjunction with other applicable terms and conditions found at http://www.dash.com.sg/terms.html. If there is any inconsistency between these Promotion Terms and the other applicable terms and conditions, these Promotion Terms shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.
15. The Promotion Terms shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and the Customer hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to these Promotion Terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act, Chapter 53B of Singapore to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any provision of these Promotion Terms.
